摘　　要：针对以京东为例的图书配送线路的优化问题,以图书配送路线总路程最短为目标,在充分考虑"中国邮递员问题"基础上,建立了图书配送线路优化模型。通过该模型可以得到图书配送的总路程和配送路线。最后,基于WINQSB软件综合考虑运费、路程、时间等众多因素,将其重要性进行排序,优化了目前单一的配送方式。Take Jingdong as an example, problems exist in book distribution route optimization. In order to reach the goal of the shortest book shipping route, on the basis of fully considering the ＂Chinese postman problem＂ , a book distribution route optimization model is established. This model can demonstrate the distribution of the total distance and distribution line. Finally, based on WINQSB software considering many factors, such as freight, distance, time etc, after the ordering of these factors according to their importance, optimization of the current single distribution way provides a new reference value to the research of book logistics solution.
