芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病疗效的门诊观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病的疗效。方法:选择近一年笔者所在医院门诊冠心病患者114例,将患者按随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组58例患者口服芪参益气滴丸,对照组56例患者口服硝酸异山梨酯片。门诊观察两组患者用药前后症状及心电图的改变。结果:两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病安全有效,特别适合冠心病患者的门诊治疗。Objective： To observe the effect of Qishenyiqi drop pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method： A total of 114 cases with coronary heart disease in our hospital in the last year were chosen, and all patients were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty-eight patients in the treatment group took Qishen Yiqi drop pills orally, and 56 patients in the control group took isosorbide dinitrate orally.The clinical symptoms and ECG changes were observed before and after the treatment.Result： The total effective rate in the treatment of the two groups were compared, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Qishenyiqi drop pill is safe and effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease, especially is suitable for outpatient treatment for patients with coronary heart disease.
