摘 要:研究不同添加水平女贞子CO2超临界萃取物(Supercritical CO2Ligustrum Lucidum extract,LLE)对断奶猪小肠绒毛、盲肠菌群及血常规的影响。选择健康无病、体重接近(平均体重为7.43kg)的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪96头,公母各半,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%的LLE。结果表明:(1)不同水平LLE能显著提高断奶仔猪回肠绒毛高度(Villus Height,VH)(P<0.01)和绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值(VH/CD)(P<0.05,P<0.01),0.2%LLE显著降低回肠隐窝深度(Crupt Depth,CD)(P<0.05);0.05%和0.2%LLE显著降低十二指肠CD(P<0.05),0.05%LLE显著提高十二指肠VH/CD(P<0.05)。(2)不同水平LLE有降低断奶仔猪盲肠内容物中大肠杆菌数量,提高乳酸杆菌数量的趋势,其中1%LLE组盲肠内容物PH显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)不同水平LLE均能在不同程度上提高断奶仔猪血液红细胞数目、血红蛋白水平、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白水平和红细胞压积,其中0.1%LLE组血红蛋白和红细胞压积较对照组均显著提高(P<0.05)。综合分析,LLE可以维护小肠粘膜完整性,降低盲肠pH,调整肠道微生态平衡,从而增强断奶仔猪的肠道免疫功能。同时,LLE可促进断奶仔猪造血功能,提高其抵抗断奶应激的能力。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with supercritical CO2 Ligustrum Lucidum extract (LLE) on immune responses in swine. A total of 96 healthy Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire piglets with an average body weight (BW) of 7.43 kg were randomly assigned on the basis of litter, BW and sex to one of 4 dietary treatment groups, with 4 pens per treatment and 6 weaned piglets per pen, and were fed corn and soybean meal-based diets containing 0, 0.05%, 0.1% or 0.2% LLE. The results were showed as follows: (1) Compared with the control, diets supplemented with different levels of LLE significantly increased villus height (VH)(P〈0.01) and villus height to crypt depth ratio (VH/CD) (P〈0.05, P〈0.01)at ileum, diets supplemented with 0.2% LLE significantly decreased crypt dept (CD) at ileum and 0.05% ,0.2% LLE significantly decreased CD at duodenum (P〈0.05), 0.05% LLE significantly increased VH/CD at duodenum (P〈0.05). (2)No significant difference was found on E.coli and lactobacillus count of cecum of any groups (P〉0.05). But different levels of LLE had the trend of increasing the number of lactobacillus and reducing the number of E. coil Adding 0.1% LLE to diet significantly reduced pH in the cecal contents of weaned piglets (P〈0.05). (3) Dietary additive with 0.1% LLE increased hemoglobin and hematocrit (P〈0.05) of piglets in comparison with the control group. Collectively, these findings suggest that the LLE could enhance digestion and absorption of weaning piglets, maintain intestinal mucosal integrity, reduce pH and regulate microflora balance in cecal contents, thereby improve anti-stress capability and immunity. In addition, LLE could also prevent iron-deficiency anemia after weaning by improving hematopoietic capacity, thence improve the ability to resist weaning stress of piglets.
