湖北乌羊个体基因杂合度对血液生化指标的影响

摘  要:用13个SNP分子标记对湖北乌羊107个个体进行基因分型,计算个体基因杂合度,并采用单变量模型分析基因杂合度水平对湖北乌羊10个血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,基因杂合度水平仅对肌酸激酶有显著影响(P〈0.05),杂合度水平为1(平均杂合度为0.2028)时,血液生化指标肌酸激酶含量较高平均为306.22U·L^-1,杂合度水平为3(平均杂合度为0.4615)时,血液生化指标肌酸激酶含量较低平均为234.52U·L^-1。磷酸肌酸激酶与动物的应激有关,其含量低表明抗应激能力强。结果表明,基因杂合度控制在O.38~0.54时,磷酸肌酸激酶含量相对较低,可能抗应激能力也较强。Thirteen SNP makers were used for genotyping of the 107 Hubei Black-boned goats.The Hubei Black-boned goats were classified into four categories based on the individual gene heterozygosity by stepwise 0.15. The univariable model was used to analyze the gene heterozygosity level on the blood biochemical parameters.The results showed that the gene heterozygosity level had significant effect on CK(P〈0.05). CK at heterozygosity level 1 (mean heterozygosity was 0.2028) was higher than other levels (mean 306.22 U- LI). And CK at heterozygosity level 3 (mean heterozygosity was 0.4615) was lower (mean 234.52 U·L^-1 ). CK is related with animal stress, its low content showed that anti-stress ability was strong. The result showed that as the individual gene heterozygosity between 0.38-0.54, the content of CK was lower that other levels. Maybe the anti-stress ability is stronger.
