高师院校数字化微格教学实验室的建设和管理探究——以柳州师专数字化微格教学实验室建设为例

摘　　要：数字化微格教学实验室是高师院校对师范生进行课堂教学技能培训的重要场所。本文以柳州师专为例,对数字化微格教学实验室在建设和管理上存在的问题进行梳理和分析,提出高师院校数字化微格教学实验室建设和管理的工作思路:进行科学规划、完善管理模式、加强专业管理队伍建设、拓展实验室功能等建议。Digital microteaching lab is an important place for the students in normal colleges to conduct classroom teaching skill train- ing.This paper takes Liuzhou Teachers College as an example, analyzing the construction and management problems of digital microteach- ing lab, puts forward some suggestions： Scientific planning; improvement of management; strengthening the construction of professional management team ; and expanding the function of the laboratory.
