阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对老年高血压血脂与血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的分析OSA(S阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征)对于老年高血压患者的血糖、血脂的影响。方法选择165例老年高血压患者,按照多导睡眠仪的检查结果将其分为单纯组、轻度合并OSAS组、中度合并OSAS组,重度合并OSAS组,并对患者的血脂、血糖分析,探讨睡眠呼吸参数对于血脂、血糖的影响。结果患者随着AH(I呼吸暂停通气指数)增高,TG(甘油三酯)、LD(L低密度脂蛋白)、HbAi(c糖化血红蛋白)、TC(总胆固醇)、空腹及餐后2 h血糖增高,HD(L高密度脂蛋白)值降低。结论 OSAC对于老年高血压患者的血脂、血糖有不良影响。Objective Analysis of OSAS （obstructive sleep apnea syndrome） for elderly hypertensive patients blood glucose, blood lipid. Methods 165 cases of elderly patients with hypertension, in accordance with the polysomnography examination were divided into simple group, mild group with OSAS combined OSAS group, moderate, severe combined OSAS group, blood lipid, blood glucose of patients and analysis, to explore the effect of sleep breathing parameters for blood lipid, blood glucose.Results In patients with AHI （apnea hypopnea index） increased, TG （triglyceride）, LDL （low density lipoprotein）, HbAic （glycated hemoglobin）, TC （total cholesterol）, fasting and postprandial blood glucose increased 2 h, HDL （high density lipoprotein） decreased.Conclusion OSAC has adverse effects on blood lipid, blood glucose in elderly hypertensive patients.
