64排螺旋CT肾动脉成像效果和相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的对64排螺旋CT肾动脉成像效果以及相关的影响因素进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取2010年1月-2012年1月收治的高血压临床患者128例,对其分别进行64排螺旋CT肾动脉成像和数字减影血管造影检查,并以DSA检查结果为金标准,对64排螺旋CT肾动脉成像效果进行评价分析,并对相关影响因素进行分析探讨。结果肾动脉成像对动脉狭窄程度的评估准确性良好。影响肾动脉成像效果的因素包括有延迟时间、对比剂单位剂量和注射速度、旋转时间、患者年龄、屏气合作与否、血管钙化情况等。CTA检查结果轻度24,中度29例,重度22例,闭塞8例,DSA检查结果轻度32例,中度26例,重度23例,闭塞8例。CTA检查结果与DSA检查结果比较无明显差异,P>0.05。结论 64排螺旋CT肾动脉成像在对动脉血管狭窄程度进行评估方面存在优势,应对延迟时间、对比剂单位剂量和注射速度、旋转时间等相关影响因素予以注意,提高成像效果。Objective To analyze of 64 row spiral CT renal artery imaging effect and related factors.Methods 128 cases with hypertension from January 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital were chosen, respectivelyexamined with 64 row spiral CT renal artery imaging and digital subtraction angiography, and DSA examination result was as the gold standard, the 64 row spiral CT renal artery imaging effectwas evaluated and analyzed, and the related influencing factors were analyzed.Results Renal artery imaging of arterial stenosis assessment accuracy good. Effect of renal artery imaging effect factors including time delay, a unit dose and injection rate of contrast agent, rotation time, patient age, breath-hold cooperation or not, such as vascular calcification.Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT renal artery imaging has advantage in arterial stenosis, however, deal with the time delay unit dose and injection rate of contrast agent, rotation time and other related factors affecting attention, improve the imaging effect.
