摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈环形切除术(Loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)术后出血患者的观察要点,并总结护理对策。方法选择南京中医药大学附属江阴市中医院收治的60例LEEP术后出血患者进行观察,采取对症治疗及相应的护理对策。结果 60例LEEP术后出血患者通过严密的护理观察,积极治疗,配合相应的护理措施,出血停止康复出院。结论良好的心理支持与沟通,可以消除患者不良的心理状况,取得患者的信任与配合;严密的病情观察,可以及时发现问题,争取第一时间对症处理,防止病情加重;严格的用药管理、详尽的健康指导是提高专科护理质量的重要保证,能更好地促进患者康复。Objective To explore the observation ofbleeding in patients with LEEP after operation, and summarize the nursing countermeasures. Methods Observation of patients with hemorrhage in our hospital 60 cases after LEEP, symptomatic treatment and nursing ountermeasures.Results 60 cases of postoperative bleeding after LEEP patients through treatment and careful nursing, the bleeding stopsrehabilitationhospital.Conclusion Psychological support and good communication, can improve the psychological status of patients, makepatients trust and cooperation; Strict observation, can discover problems in time, for thefirst time to symptomatic treatment, prevent illness; Health guidance for medication management, strictlyexhaustive is important to improve the quality of nursing,can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
