右旋美托咪啶对插管反应的影响

摘　　要：目的观察右旋美托咪啶对插管反应的影响。方法 60例行腹腔镜手术的妇科患者随机分为二组:右旋美托咪啶组和对照组。右旋美托咪啶组使用右旋美托咪啶+咪唑安定+芬太尼+阿曲库铵+异丙酚行麻醉诱导,对照组使用咪唑安定+芬太尼+阿曲库铵+异丙酚行麻醉诱导。结果右旋美托咪啶组患者插管时和插管后1min、3min的MAP、HR比对照组低(P<0.05),右旋美托咪啶组发生低血压的患者与对照组相当(P>0.05),右旋美托咪啶组发生心动过缓的患者多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右旋美托咪啶对插管反应有一定的抑制作用,无严重不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on intubation reaction.Methods Sixty gynecological patients underwent laparoscopy were divided into two groups randomLy： dexmedetomidine group and control group.The patients in dexmedetomidine group were administrated with dexmedetomidine, midazolam, fentanyl, atracurium and propofol for anesthesia induction. The patients in control group were administrated with midazolam, fentanyl, atracurium and propofol for anesthesia induction. Results The MAP and HR of during tracheal intubation, l minutes after tracheal intubation and 3 minutes after tracheal intubation in dexmedetomidine group were lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of hypotension in dexmedetomidine group was not significantly different from it in control group（P〉0.05）. The incidence of bradycardia in dexmedetomidine group was higher than it in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can depress intubation reaction and has not serious adverse reaction.
