46例鼻咽癌放射性皮炎应用奥克喷的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨奥克喷预防鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法将92例接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者用随机数字表法分观察组和对照组。对照组以常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用奥克喷外喷放疗野皮肤,观察两组放射性皮炎发生率及程度。结果观察组放射性皮炎的发生率及程度明显低于对照组,两组发生放射性皮炎的情况有统计学意义(χ2=48.652,P<0.001)。结论奥克喷对预防鼻咽癌放射性皮炎有显著的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Oak spray prevention of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with acute radioactive dermatitis. Methods 92 nasopharyngeal patients accepting radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group with conventional nursing care,the observation group application Oak spray to the radiation field on the basis of conventional nursing, the incidence and degree of radioactive dermatitis of two groups were observed. Results The radioactive dermatitis incidence and degree of observation group was obviously lower than the control group, Radioactive dermatitis of the two groups was statistically significant（x^2=48.652,P〈0.001）. Conclusion Oak spray in preventing radioactive dermatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） had significant clinical effect.
