摘　　要：哮喘控制测试(Asthma Control Test,ACT)评分作为评估哮喘控制水平调查问卷中的一种,可评估哮喘患者评分时前4周的控制情况,以其简便、快捷、实用等优点受到临床医师及患者的青睐。近年来,随着对ACT评分研究的进一步深入,发现其不仅在评估哮喘控制水平方面具有重要作用,而且还具有预测哮喘未来风险等功能。本文就ACT评分在哮喘研究中的应用做一综述。Asthma Control Test （Asthma Control Test, ACT） score is one of the useful questionnaires to assess the control level of asthma, with a questionnaire form to assess the previous four weeks control in asthma patients.It is favored of clinicians and patients with its simplicity, brevity and practicality. In recent years, with further in-depth study, it is not only found to play an important role in assessing the level of asthma control, but also to predict the risk of asthrna. This paper made a overview about the application of ACT score used in the studies of asthma.
