细辛脑注射液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对细辛脑注射液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果和注意事项进行分析与探讨。方法对本医院在2011年5月至2013年4月收治的婴幼儿毛细支气管炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析与总结。将100例患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组患儿接受传统的消炎平喘等抗生素综合治疗,治疗组患儿在接受综合治疗的基础上辅助接受细辛脑注射液进行治疗。治疗2个疗程之后对两组患儿的治疗效果以及所出现的不良反应进行统计学对比分析。结果治疗组患者气喘消失时间、喘憋消失时间以及治愈时间均更短;另外,治疗组共有48例患儿治疗有效,顺利出院,总有效率占96%。而对照组则仅有41例患儿获得康复顺利出院,总有效率仅为82%。两组患者均没有出现不良反应。经过统计学对比分析,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细辛脑注射液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效是显著的,患儿的康复率较高并且没有出现明显不良反应,缓解哮喘效果明显,患者满意度高,临床效果值得肯定。此方法值得在治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎中推广应用。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of asarone injection in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis and the matters needed to be noticed. Methods The clinical data of infantile bronchiolitis cases in our hospital during May in 2010 to March in 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. 100 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group was treated with traditional anti-inflammatory agents and antibiotics, while the treatment group was treated with asarone injection in the base of comprehensive therapy. The effect and adverse reaction were statistic analyzed and compared after two courses of treatments. Results The wheezing disappear time, gasping to disappear any time and cure time of the treatment group were all shorter;In addition,there had 48 cases of the treatment group were discharged uneventfully, the total effective rate was 96%, while 41 cases of the control group were recovered, the total effective rate was 82%. There was no adverse reaction in both group. Through statistic analysis, the effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of asarone injection in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis was remarkable, the recovery rate was high and there Was no adverse reaction, asarone injection can help relief asthma, the patient satisfaction is high and its clinical effect was positive, so, the method is worth widespread applying in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis.
