摘  要:采用手持式X荧光分析仪对空气颗粒物进行现场分析,得到各元素的质量浓度值,并对其中的异常值进行分析,探究天气的改变对测量结果的影响。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)的标准样品测量结果对仪器进行标定,再对采样滤膜进行测量。结果表明:在晴朗天气情况下,Ti质量浓度范围为16-4 635 ng/m3,Mn为35-1 800 ng/m3,Ni为0-32 ng/m3,Cu为38-519 ng/m3,Zn为157-4 280ng/m3,As为14-511 ng/m3,Sr为4-50 ng/m3,Pb为60-613 ng/m3;在雾霾天气情况下,Ti质量浓度最高值为8 458 ng/m3,Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Sr和Pb分别为4 021 ng/m3、100 ng/m3、688 ng/m3、4 903 ng/m3、1 019ng/m3、107 ng/m3、1 187 ng/m3。研究表明,手持式X荧光分析仪能够对空气颗粒物进行现场分析,雾霾天气使测量结果较平常值高。This paper intends to introduce a measuring method appli cable for a handheld X-ray fluorescence analyzer when doing on-spot analysis of air particulate matters and then coupling back rqore accu rate concentrations of each clmnent. Via the analysis of the irregular situation with the air particles, it is expected to determine the impacts of the variations of the particulate matters on the air and climatic quality of the day. In so doing, we can find the measuring and analy sis results through the sampling filtering by means of a inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer to measure the results of the regu-lar samples. The results we have gained by using the above said in strument during the 22 h and measuring time of 300 s indicate that: in a sunny weather condition, the concentration of Ti element tends to range from 16 ng/m3 to 4 635 ng/m3, whereas that of Mn is from 35 ng/m3 to 1 800 ng/m3. At the same time, the concentration of Ni has been found from 0 to 32 ng/m3, while that of Cu stands from 38 ng/m3 to 519 ng/m3. The results of the concentrations of other ele ments can be stated as: the concentration of Zn is from 157 ng/m3 to 4 280 ng/m3; the concentration of As is from 14 ng/m3 to 511 ng/m3. Whereas the concentration of Sr is from 4 ng/m3 to 50 ng/m3, the concentration of Pb accounts for from 60 ng/m3 to 613 ng/m3. On the one hand, the highest concentration of element Ti is 8 458 ng/m3 in the air in the haze weather, on the other hand, the other elements, such as Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Sr and Pb,the con centrations of which arc 4 021 ng/ma, 100 ng/m2, 688 ng/m3, 4 903 ng/m3, 1 0t9 ng/m3, 107 ng/m3 and 1 187 ng/m3, respec tively. Thus, it can be concluded that the handheld X-ray fluores-cence analyzer can be used to conduct the on-the-spot analysis of the air particulate matters through the measurement. It is because of the haze weather that can make the measurement results higher than that of the usual concentration, which can also be taken as the valuable reference to other methods.
