摘 要:由于燃料燃烧过程中会产生大量自由基、阴阳离子和自由电子,采用荷电细水雾灭火这一新方法,通过电荷作用加强对燃烧的抑制,以提高细水雾的灭火效果。搭建了基于电晕法的荷电细水雾熄灭受限空间煤油火的小尺度试验平台,通过改变电压得到不同荷质比的细水雾,进行灭火试验并分析灭火时间、火焰温度以及火焰图像的变化规律。结果表明,相比普通细水雾,荷电细水雾能有效缩短灭火时间,提高灭火效率,丰富了细水雾灭火理论与技术。This paper is interested in introducing our experimental study on a new fire extinguishing method focused on puttingout the kerosene fire in a confined space by using charged water mist. The said method has been established based on the corona charging and the small scale experimental platform. As is known, in recent years, water mist fire extinguishing technology has become popular both at home and abroad along with some new similar methods, such as the water mist with additives, etc. In proceeding with our experiments, we had studied quite a number of free radicals, cation and anion, and free electrons, for these free radicals, while burning and dying, tend to form a chain reaction of fuel and then keep the combustion process going on. However, our central concern is to conduct the ex periments and focus our research on how to put out the kerosene pool fire. In our experiments, we used to conduct fire extinguishing exper iments in a smallscale confined space by changing the voltage and trying to use the water mist with different chargetomass ratios. In order to trace the charge effect of water mist for fire extinguishing, we have adopted five kinds of chargemassratio, that is, the 0, 0.5 mC/kg, 1.0m C/kg, 1.5 mC/kg, 2.0 mC/kg, by using the same nozzle placed at the same position to keep the same pressure. In the experiment, we had been trying to keep the nozzle pressure at 0.6 MPa and the flowing rate at 0.391 L/min. While conducting the fire puttingout experiments, we were trying to analyze the fire changing regularity, the flaming temperature and the shapechange of the flames. The results show that, as compared with the common water mist, the water mist we use is more effective to reduce the fire extin guishing time, lower the flame temperature and inhibit the flame com bustion. With the increase of chargetomass ratio, we have found that the fire extinguishing efficiency has gained obvious improvement.
