摘 要:煤矿井下80%的瓦斯需要通过井下通风系统来排放,通风系统安全可靠状况直接决定着整个矿井的安全或危险程度,是煤矿安全工作的重中之重。在高瓦斯矿井中,现有的U型通风工作面风流瓦斯超限严重,实际生产中多通过改变通风方式来解决这一问题。基于前人对采空区非均质多孔介质气体运移理论的研究,采用Fluent软件数值模拟研究了U型、U+L型和偏W型通风系统的静压力场和瓦斯体积分数场。结果表明:与U型和U+L型通风相比,偏W型通风的静压力场和瓦斯流场发生了很大改变;偏W型通风系统工作面与采空区的压力差比U型小,抑制了工作面向采空区的漏风;偏W型通风的漏风流由回风巷附近汇聚流出,形成漏风汇,采空区上隅角位置也由原来U型的轨道巷处转移至中间回风巷附近;在相同的瓦斯涌出和供风量下,偏W型通风工作面的风流瓦斯体积分数明显低于U型通风工作面,同时比U+L型工作面管理简单。将偏W型通风系统现场应用于段王矿090702工作面,对工作面瓦斯积聚的治理效果显著。研究表明,采用两边进中间回偏W型通风可以有效解决上隅角瓦斯积聚和回风巷瓦斯超限问题。This paper is aimed at introducing our numerical simula tion results of the gas concentration field in the partial Wtype ventila tion system. As a matter of fact, 80 percent of the gas from the gob is believed discharged via the underground ventilation system. Howev er, it is beyond the current Utype ventilation, which is unable to di lute the gas content properly, particularly in the case of mine with highgas ingredient, for example, the disallowed gas concentration in the upper comer and return airway. In order to make a comparative analysis of the gas movement and distribution regularity in the gobs byusing different ventilation methods, we have succeeded in establishing physical models of Utype, U + Ltype and the partial Wtyped venti lation models based on the heterogeneous and porous medium theory and prepared a numerical simulation model in the air flow so as to look into the static pressure field and the gas flow field more pro foundly in the gob via the Fluent software. After that, the district distribution solution for every variable is given as the graphics mode with the air flow of gob in three ventilation types. From analyzing the numerical simulation results, a conclusion can be drawn that the stat ic pressure field and the gas flow field of the partial Wtype ventila tion are quite different from the other two currently used ventilations. The pressure difference in the partial Wtype ventilation between the gob and the working face should be lower than the Utype ventilation, which can reduce the air leakage in the gob and the gas emission from the gob. What is more, the position of the upper comer in the partial Wtype ventilation is nearby intermediate return airway, while that of Utype ventilation is nearby the railway laneway. Therefore, with the same gasemission rate and the airsupplying volume in the working face, the gas concentration in the working face with partial Wtype ventilation can surely be much lower than the Utype ventilation and at the same time simpler than the U + Ltype ventilati
