摘 要:为了研究二氧化氯固体制剂的安全性能,以某企业生产的一元二氧化氯固体消毒剂(记为0#)和自制的二元二氧化氯固体制剂主剂(记为1#)为对象,对二者的机械感度、静电感度及热安全性能进行对比研究。结果表明:在撞击感度测试时,0#试样在锤重5 kg、落高0.15 m的撞击条件下迅速变黄,而1#试样在同等条件下未变黄,并且在撞击条件改为锤重10 kg、落高2 m时1#试样仍未变黄;在摩擦感度测试时,0#试样在摆角(66±1)°、表压(2.45±0.07)MPa的条件下迅速变黄,而1#试样在同等条件下未变黄,且将摆角增大至(80±1)°时1#试样仍未变黄,说明二元制剂的机械安全性较高;二者对静电均不敏感;由DSC测试结果可知,在0~160℃范围内,二元制剂热安全性能较高,但随着温度上升至300℃,二者的危险系数均上升,均有爆炸危险。The paper takes it as the target to study the safety of preparing solid chlorine dioxide while considering the mechanical sen sitivity, the electrostatic sensitivity and the thermal safety performanee by using some means and tools, such as the friction and impact sensi ble instruments, the electric spark sensible tools and DSC devices, etc. In proceeding with our study, we have conducted tests on unitary solid chlorine dioxide disinfectants produced by a industrial enlerprise (registered as 0 # ) and the base of binary solid chlorine dioxide dis infectant prepared in our own lab (registered as 1 # ) . The experi mental results we have gained can be shown as follows: in the impact sensitivity test, 0 # samples turn to be yellow quickly when the ham mer weighs 5 kg with its height being 0.15 m. But when we tested our sample known as 1 # , the test was done under the same condi tion. However, when we changed the testing condition in which the hammer weighs 10 kg with a height of 2 m, The sample known as 1 # also remained unchanged. In the friction sensitivity test, the sam ple numbered 0 # would turn to be yellow quickly when the pendulum to be made has an angle of (66±1)° and the gage pressure is (2.45 ±0.07) MPa. However, sample 1 # refused to turn yellow under the same condition, instead, it remained unchanged if the pendulum angle was added to (80 ±1 ) °. The above testing results show that the binary preparation enjoys higher machinery safety performance. Nei ther of them was sensitive to the static electricity. On the other hand, the DSC test results suggest that in the range of 0 160 ℃ , the ther mal safety performance of the binary preparation proves to be higher, but with the temperature rising to 300 ℃, the hazard probability would also tend to rise, and both of them are expected to be exposed to the blownup explosion risks.
