摘 要:针对海冰对石油平台的危害,研究能真实反映海冰运动规律的气象、遥感、雷达、视频、平台震动等监测方法。简单介绍了海冰数值预报的理论方法,通过在JZ20-2和JZ9-3平台上连续24 h的监测结果进行验证。结果表明,所选择的海冰数值预报理论模型是合理和可行的,符合工作场所要求。研究表明,多参数自动监测系统的设计与实现,能够实时监测平台附近的海冰运动,可以有效进行海冰冰情的早期预报。This paper is inclined to introduce briefly a simulated model of our design and implementation of the automatic monitoring system of the sea ice drifting threat to the offshore oil platform via de scription of its architecture and the software used. As is known, sea ice is one of the potentially disastrous factors of the offshore oil plat form. In order to reduce its threat to the platform, we have estab lished an early warning system based on the numerical simulation model, which can authentically reflect the regularity of the sea ice drift. In our model, we have also relate the influential factors of the safety control of the sea ice threat, such as weather monitoring, satel lite remote sensing, radar monitoring, video monitoring, and the platform vibration inclinations. In this paper, we have also introduced the theory and method of sea ice numerical simulation. The result of the analysis of the 24 hours running monitoring data gained from the platform JZ20 2 and JZ9 3 shows that the selection of this sea ice numerical forecast model is reasonable and applicable, which can meet the needs of the workplace. In order to obtain the meteorological data and the satellite remote sensing image data of the sea ice, sea ice image data of the radar monitoring, sea ice image data of the video monitoring, the platform vibration data, we have installed the corresponding equipment and facilities of weather monitoring, satellite remotesensing, radar monitoring, video monitoring, the platform vi bration detection and the like on the platform for the real time moni toring. The system has adopted various methods for monitoring sea ice drifting situation. Thus, it can be seen that the given system devel oped by us can be taken as a new method for making up for the defect of the methods in the platform oilproduction.
