《管子》轻重论中的对外贸易思想及其现实意义

摘　　要：《管子》轻重论的应用范围十分广泛,其中包含着丰富的对外贸易思想。本文从目标、原则和策略三个方面入手,详细分析了轻重论对国家间贸易关系的认识:开展外贸活动必须遵循"内守国财"、"外因天下"的原则,采取灵活的外贸策略,最终实现"御天下"的目标。本文认为《管子》对外贸易思想至今仍然具有相当强的现实意义,可以为我国的外贸发展提供借鉴。The last 16 articles of Guanzi,also called the light and heavy theory,has a wide range of application areas and embodies profound thought of foreign trade.This article analyzes the theory＇s understanding of the trade relations between countries from three aspects：target,principle and strategy.The main idea of it can be summarized as the following：the government must abide by two principles of＂keeping resources at home＂and＂using external resources abroad＂in foreign trade activities,adopt flexible foreign trade strategies,and achieve the goal of dominating the world.This article argues that the thought of foreign trade in Guanzi＇light and heavy theory still has considerable practical significance,which can provide some enlightment for our country＇s foreign trade development.
