含蒙脱土和多糖的保水剂对串红种子发芽能力的影响

摘  要:采用四因素三水平正交实验法在能耗低的室温下合成了含有天然产物蒙脱土(MMT)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)的系列环境友好型保水剂,研究了该保水剂组成和合成条件对串红种子发芽能力及种苗生长指标的影响规律。结果表明,所合成的保水剂能显著提高串红种子的发芽能力,促进串红种苗的生长。保水剂中天然组分MMT和CMC含量对串红种子发芽及种苗生长影响显著。用发芽效果最佳的保水剂处理过的串红种子,其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、主根长、侧根数、总根长和总干重分别是对照试样的13.1、4.5、12.6、16、4、65、53.7倍和16.7倍,这对提高串红种子的发芽能力和促进串红种苗的生长具有重要意义,为该保水剂在种子保存和种苗生产中的应用提供了试验依据。A series of environment-friendly superabsorbents containing natural component montmorillonite (MMT) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) were prepared under room temperature characterized by low-energy consumption using orthogonal experiment. The effects of natural products content and synthetic conditions on seed germination and range analysis showed that MMT salvia splendens. The synthesized pacity and promoted the seedlings seedling growth index of salvia splendens were investigated. Orthogonal and CMC has the great influence on seed germination and seedling growth of water-retaining agent could significantly improved the seed germination ca- growth of salvia splendens. After treating the salvia splendens seeds with opti- mized superabsorbents, their germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, root length,lateral root number,total root length and total dry weight were 13.1,4.5,12.6,16,4,65,53.7 and 16.7 times as great as the untreated seeds,respectively,which was of great significance to improved the seed germination capacity and promote seedlings growth of salvia splendens, providing the experimental basis for the application of superabsorbents containing natural component in seed preservation and seed production.
