运动康复安全性评定在肱骨髁间骨折治疗中应用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价骨折患者运动康复安全性评定表的安全性及有效性。方法选择2010-2012年肱骨髁间骨折病例26例,按照骨折患者运动康复安全性评定表进行评分,评分达71分以上时开始行上肢CPM及关节活动度练习,12个月后评定肘关节功能及观察术后并发症。结果术后2个月时全部病例开始进入训练,术前所有患者MEPS评分为差,到12个月时所有病例得分均在85分以上。各型病例手术前后得分比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后12月时所有病例骨折均骨性愈合,有2例C型骨折患者有异位骨化发生,但是对关节活动无明显影响,无关节僵硬发生。结论应用运动康复安全性评定表指导肱骨髁间骨折患者进行运动康复训练合理可行,且能有效改善患者术后疗效。【Objective】To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the table of fracture patients exercised rehabilitation safety assessment. 【Methods】 26 cases with humeral condylar fractures were admitted from 2010 to 2012, in accordance with the form of fracture patients exercised rehabilitation safety assessment to score, score of 71 points or more to make the upper limb CPM and joint mobility exercises, assessment of elbow function and postoperative complicationswere observed 12 months later.【Results】After 2 months all patients began to enter training, all cases preoperatively MEPS rated as poor, but the scores were 85 points or more in all cases at 12 months. Different types of cases preoperative and postoperative score difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. All patients at 12 months after surgery were bone fracture healing, there were two cases of type C fractures with heterotopic ossification, but had no significant effect on the joints, no joint stiffness occurred.【Conclusions】Fracture patientsexercised rehabilitation safety assessment form can guide rehabilitation training exercise in patients with fractures.
