摘　　要：本文对华侨投资者的法律地位、华侨投资的性质以及华侨回国投资政策法律的发展过程进行了分析,总结了华侨回国投资法律制度的现状和特点,剖析了新形势下华侨回国投资法律制度存在的问题,最终提出了完善我国华侨回国投资法律制度的建议。This paper discusses the legal status of Overseas Chinese investors, the nature of investment by Overseas Chinese, and the development process of policies and laws on homeland investment by Overseas Chinese. And then, with the focus on the legal system of homeland investment by Overseas Chinese, this paper summarizes its current situation and features, and analyzes the problems it faces under the new circumstances. Finally, the paper concludes with suggestions on how to improve the Chinese legal system of homeland investment by Overseas Chi- nese.
