摘  要:目的:探索形态学资源应用于血液病教学的可行性,提高教学效果;方法:在原有血液病理论讲解的基础上,适度结合形态学资源进行理论结合实验的教学方法,通过考试和调查问卷评价教学效果;结果:理论结合形态学观察的教学模式在内科血液病教学中顺利完成,采用该教学方法的学生血液病部分平均考试成绩为70.0±11.1分,高于历史平均成绩58.0±12.3分(P<0.01),学生对该教学方式的总体评分为77.2±11.9分,理论结合形态学教学模式的满意率为82.5%,高于传统单纯理论教学满意率60.0%(P<0.05);结论:理论结合形态学的教学模式可以在内科血液病课程的教学中顺利实施,有利于学生对血液病的理解和掌握,提高了教学效果和学生满意率。Objective: To explore the possibility of integrating morphological resources in medical teaching and to improve teaching ef- fectiveness. Methods : Traditional theoretical teaching was integrated with morphological resources in the teaching of hematological dis: eases. Examination and questionnaire were taken after theoretical teaching and experimental courses. Results: The integrating teaching model was finished successfully in hematological diseases teaching. The average test score of hematological disease was 70.0±11.1 for students using integrating teaching model, which was higher than the control when compared with previous mean score 58.0 ±12.3 (P 〈 0.01 ). The students'overall evaluation score for integrating teaching model was 77.2 ±11.9. In addition, the satisfaction rate for integrating teaching model was 82.5% , which was higher than the traditional teaching model 60.0% (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The teaching model of theoretical teaching combined with morphological resources could be carried out successfully in medical teaching. The integrating teaching model is helpful to hematological diseases understanding and improving teaching effectiveness.
