摘　　要：教师培训模块是实现培训目标的基本途径,培训模块开发又是一个系统工程,加强培训模块内容的建设是为了提高培训的绩效,以达到预定的培训目标。本文从需求调研出发,依托于培训实施方案,结合实例阐述了教师培训模块的开发与建设途径。Teacher training module is the basic way to achieve training objectives, and the development of the training module is a systematic project.
