摘　　要：军民融合式装备保障发展是在军队装备保障领域贯彻落实军民融合式发展战略思想的重要举措,也是我军新世纪新阶段装备保障建设发展的必然选择。按照系统的层次性原则,将军民融合式装备保障发展要素所处的空间进行层次划分,并明确提出各层次建设发展的目标任务,构建起系统完整的目标任务体系,为军民融合式装备保障发展提供具体参照。Equipment support civil-military integration development is an important measure to carry out the strategic thought of civil-military integration development in domain of equipment support, and is a necessary choice of equipment support construction and development in new century and phase. According to the hierarchical principle of system, the paper compartmentalizes the space of equipment support civil-military integration development element, definitely brings forward the target and assignment for every layer, provides the powerful traction and material reference for equipment support civil-military integration development by constructing the systemic and integrated target and assignment system.
