RP-HPLC测定薄荷六一散中甘草酸单铵的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立薄荷六一散中甘草酸单铵的含量测定方法。方法 :超声提取 ,使用 C1 8柱 ,甲醇 -含 3%冰醋酸的 0 .2 mol/ L 醋酸铵溶液 (6 2 :38)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 0 nm,反相 HPL C测定薄荷六一散中甘草酸单铵的含量。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,线性范围为 1.6～ 8μg,平均加样回收率为 99.4%。结论 :可用于薄荷六一散的质量控制。OBJECTIVE:To establish the method of determination of the content of Glycyrrhize acid in Boheliuyisan.METHOD:Using ultrasonic extraction with C 18 column and methanol acetic acid(62:38) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 250nm.RESULTS:The linearity of this method was well with the recovery of the added sample of 99.4%,the linearity range is 1.6～8 μg.CONCLUSION:This method shows high accuracy,good seperating degree and can be used for quality control of Boheliuyisan.
