摘  要:根据国内外对于地下洞室围岩稳定性及衬砌结构优化设计的研究思路,运用ANSYS数值分析软件对某直墙半圆拱导流洞工程进行分析,选取典型断面建立有限元分析模型。分析开挖期的围岩应力分布情况与变形规律,优化后运行期围岩及支护的稳定性态。得出如下结论:隧洞全段采用分层开挖、喷锚支护的开挖支护方案,对衬砌结构进行优化验算后,对于Ⅲ1类围岩采用70 cm厚的C25钢筋混凝土衬砌;Ⅲ2类围岩采用90 cm厚的C25钢筋混凝土衬砌;Ⅳ类围岩采用90 cm厚的C25钢筋混凝土衬砌。According to the series researches of underground tunnel stability and lining structure optimization design, and by using the ANSYS to carry out the analysis of a hydro-junction diversion tunnel with straight wall and semi-circular arch, the finite element analysis model is established by selecting the typical tunnel section. Firstly, the stress distribu- tion situation and deformation rule of the surrounding rock in the process of excavation are analyzed, and the analysis is also made for the surrounding rock and timbering stabilization during the operation after optimization. Then, after the analysis, the conclusions are obtained as follows: the tunnel is excavated by the method of entire cross section and shotcrete-rockboh timbering, after the optimized checking about the lining structure, the Ⅲ 1 kind of surrounding rock is treated by using the C25 reinforced concrete lining with the thickness of 70 cm, the Ⅲ 2 kind of surrounding rock is treat- ed by using the C25 reinforced concrete lining with the thickness of 90 cm, and the IV kind of surrounding rock is also treated by using the C25 reinforced concrete lining with the thickness of 90 cm.
