山东省乒乓球后备人才握拍方式的探析

摘　　要：目的:乒乓球作为一项竞技体育项目,有着较完整的训练体系和选拔体系,如何长期保持运动员竞赛成绩的经久不衰和山东省在全国乒乓球的强省地位,应该及时了解,发现并解决基层乒乓球训练工作中后备人才培养工作的问题,了解该层面后备人才培养现状。目前山东省运动员的左、右手握拍比例。直、横握拍方式的比例失衡,明显显示出运动员类型单一,在训练和比赛中接触不到左手握拍、采用直板打法的运动员,这直接影响了运动员的训练和比赛水平,以致影响了乒乓球运动的发展。As one of the competitive sports, table tennis has a relatively complete training system and selection system. In order to keep a long - term enduring achievement and the first - class sports provincially, Shandong province should pick up the reserve personnel timely and get to know the training condition. Now, it is not quite reasonable of the proportion in the training of holding the racket with left or fight hand, gripping the racket and the way of playing table tennis. There are few athletes who can play table tennis on the way of left - handed and use the way of straight gripping racket which influent the level of the training and even the development of this sport.
