基于超效率DEA模型的我国酒店业经营效率的测度与评价研究

摘　　要：运用超效率DEA模型对我国2006～2011年期间31个省区的酒店业经营效率进行了测度。研究表明,各省酒店业的经营效率总体上呈改善趋势但并不理想,且存在明显的梯度差异;效率从高至低依次为东部、中部、西部及东北省区。最后,从宏微观两个层面提出了改善酒店业经营效率的措施。研究结果可为政府有关部门优化酒店业发展规划及酒店企业改进管理决策提供借鉴与参考。The operational efficiency of hotel industry is measured based on super-efficiency DEA model in 31 provinces and autonomous regions during the years of 2006-2011.Results show that the overall hotel industry’s operational efficiency shows an improvement trend,but not ideal.There is a clear gradient difference,and the efficiency sequence from high to low is seen from eastern to central provinces,and from western to northeastern provinces.Finally,this paper proposes measures to improve the operating efficiency of the hotel industry from the macro and the micro levels.The results will provide references for the relevant government departments and tourism enterprises to optimize the development plan of the hotel industry and improve hotel management decision-making.
