摘　　要：体育作为一种以身体活动为中介,实现人的身心健康,促进人的全面发展的社会文化活动,完整而生动的展现了人性的本质。但现实体育的功利价值与工具理性倾向背离人性的本质,应当回归"为己之学"的价值传统和"original Olympic"的价值理性,努力践行实现人的全面而自由发展的价值目标。As a type of social cultural activities centered on body activities, sports improves people＇s physi- cal and mental health, realize full development, and reveals human nature. However, since utilitarian values and instrumental rationalism embodied in modern sports deviates from human nature, modern sports should have return the value of ＂study for its own sake＂ and rational values of ＂original Olympics＂ so as to realize the value objectives of full and free development of human.
