摘 要:近年来,世界范围内的食品安全问题频频发生,引发了全球性的消费者信任危机,而企业实施食品可追溯体系能够增大不同信任属性食品的差异化程度,提高供应链管理效率,从而能提升食品的质量安全水平,是解决这一问题的途径之一。本文的创新之处在于试图将垂直差异化博弈模型应用于食品可追溯体系研究,并通过Matlab模拟计算研究企业实施食品可追溯体系对消费者、生产者剩余以及社会福利的影响,以探究食品行业实施可追溯体系的效率。研究结果表明,消费者因食品安全程度提高而获得了更多收益,提高了效用水平。高质量食品生产者剩余与消费者剩余增量之和超过了低质量食品生产者剩余的减少量。总体而言,社会总福利因食品安全水平的提高而增加。In recent years,the frequent food safety issues happened all over the world,triggered a global crisis of consumer confidence.Implementation of food traceability system is one way to solve this problem.Enterprises' implementation of food traceability system could increase the different degree of trust properties of food,improve the efficiency of supply chain management,and enhance the quality and safety of food.This article attempts to simulate the impact of enterprises' implementation of food traceability system on consumer and producer surplus as well as social welfare through vertical differential game and Matlab,in order to explore the efficiency of implementation of traceability system in food industry.It shows that consumers achieve more benefit due to the improvement of food safety,and the utility value is raised.The sum of incremental food producer surplus of high quality and consumer surplus exceeds the reduction of in food producer surplus of low quality.This article attempts to make the research of food traceability system through vertical differential game.
