摘　　要：基于EBSCO和JSTOR数据库检索了近20年的国外实证类文献,对22篇有代表性的文献加以整理,分为危机类型、参与部门、分析方法与过程、网络构成、数据类型、研究结论和贡献等方面进行列表分析。研究发现:SNA在危机管理中的应用逐年递增,研究热点为网络结构与关系协调,并且WEB2.0时代及社交媒体的影响逐渐显现。目前的研究过多关注了静态网络,忽视了节点属性分析和网络的动态演进规律研究。因此,未来的研究应重视建立交叉学科的主导优势,重视公共危机的网络动态复杂性研究,重视大数据在危机管理中的有效运用。本文在文献梳理的基础上,对于SNA在危机管理中的研究现状与问题进行了深入分析,旨在提高对前沿成果的借鉴和吸收,拓展SNA在危机管理中的应用,为国内的SNA和危机管理交叉研究提供有益的启示。This article is an examination about the application of SNA in the field of public crisis management. It argues that which approach can be used to solve the problems which were found by the literature review abroad. As a result,it helps us to understand how to acquire the useful methods and achievements to improve our own research. Twenty-two related empirical articles were searched and chosen in recent 20 years based on JSTOR and EBSCO databases in order to analysis them from seven aspects:types of crisis,involved department,methods and procedures,network consisting,data forms,conclusions. Several findings,by the literature review and analysis,as followed:There is increasing interest in the use of SNA as a tool to study the public crisis management year by year;Network structure and collaboration are researched frequently by academics; WEB2.0 and social media have a big influence on public crisis management. On the contrary,the most Serious problem exists in current researches is that researchers paid too much emphasis on static network and network structure so that ignoring the attributes analysis of nodes and the revolution of network. So,firstly,it suggests to establish the advantage of interdisciplinary. what's more,pay attention to study the revolution of network is a good choice for academics. At last,Big Data play an important role in public crisis management which should be noticed. It is enriching the methodology of public crisis management and giving some beneficial revelations to the domestic researchers who major in using SNA into public crisis management.
