摘　　要：介绍了Ciras-2、Ciras-1光合测定系统原理及测定方法,对常出现的问题进行了总结分析并提出解决的方法,旨在为使用者快速掌握仪器及测得可靠数据提供依据。This article introduced the principle and measurement method of Ciras-2, Ciras-1 photo- synthesis system, the common problems are analyzed and suggested some methods resolved these problems, aims to grasp the instrument for the user and provides some experience.
