摘　　要：现今户式集中空调系统多运用于大面积住宅或商铺中,即以此新兴的小型集中空调系统为讨论对象,提出了户式集中空调系统中常见故障和问题,并概括性分析了导致故障的安装施工原因。此外结合户式集中空调系统中常见的容易导致故障的施工问题,按照户式集中空调系统的不同分类,分别论述了水系统、风系统和冷媒系统中冷凝水管、冷冻水管的设置和保温施工时的注意事项,以及室内机和室外机的安装设置时的注意事项,以便于施工人员参考,提高施工质量,确保日后空调系统运行稳定、高效和节能。Modem residential central air conditioning systems are used in large-scale multi-residential or commercial buildings. Based on the new and small central air conditioning system as the discussion object, it proposes some common faults and problems about the residential central air conditioning system, and generally analyses reasons that lead to the distress of installation and construction. Besides combining the commonfailure in installation and constructionin the residential central air conditioning system, it discusses that cooling water pipe and chilled water pipe set-up and heat insulation considerations in the water system, air system and refrigerant system, and indoor and outdoor unit installation considerations. It is for the construction reference and construction quality improvement, in order to ensure that the air conditioning system is stable, efficient and energy saving.
