摘 要:采用放射免疫分析检测胸腺素α原对老龄鼠甲状腺激素、糖皮质激素和雌二醇血清水平的影响。结果表明 ,与对照组相比 ,胸腺素α原可明显提高老龄鼠T3 、T4 、E2 、ACTH的血清水平 ,降低TSH和GC的水平。总之 ,胸腺素α原可以通过某一未明的机制调节某些激素的血清水平。To detect the effect of prothymosin α on the levels of thyroid hormone、GC and E 2 in serum in aged mice,sixteen 15 month old female mice were divided into two groups at random:one was treated with prothymosin α intraperitoneally;the other with physiological saline.After 21 days,they were all sacrificed and the levels of hormone in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results showed that compared with control group,prothymosin α significantly increased the levels of T 3、T 4、ACTH and E 2 in serum.However,it markedly decreased the levels of TSH and GC in serum.In a word,prothymosin α was involved in the regulation of some species of hormones in serum by an unknown mechanism.
