抗战时期中共与民众团体关系的调整与成效

摘　　要：抗战时期,根据地党和政府与民众团体之间的关系总体上看是和谐的。但由于受历史条件和思想认识的影响,根据地部分党政干部民众工作中的不足和民众团体中存在的不良倾向,成为制约党与民众团体关系顺利发展的重要障碍。为克服这些问题与不足,党通过规范党(政)民关系,发扬民主和实行"三三制",以及开展整风等措施调整与民众团体的关系。党的这些努力与举措取得了良好的效果,产生了重要的影响。During the Anti - Japanese War, the relationship between the Party （government） and public organiza- tions was generally harmonious in Anti -Japanese Base Areas,but the tense situation of ＂offside＂ and ＂Absence＂ also exists owning to the history, reality and ideological bias. In order to adjust and improve the relationship between the Party（government） and public organizations ,the Party took some measures such as specificating the relationship between the Party （government）and public organizations, developing democracy and carrying out a rectification movement ,which achieved good results and produced important influence.
