摘　　要：目的 :观察MEBT/MEBO配合木制脚架 ,治疗小腿深度烧伤的疗效。方法 :1 56例小腿烧伤病人 ,全部应用MEBT/MEBO治疗 ,将患者搁置于自制脚架上 ,使患肢抬高离床面 2 5cm～ 30cm ,高出心脏 1 0cm左右 ,相对制动。结果 :1 56例病人 2 2 3条小腿全部治愈。平均愈合天数 30 2 5天。结论 :MEBT/MEBO配合木制脚架治疗小腿深度烧伤 ,可明显改善局部血运 ,利于创面愈合。Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in combination with wooden leg support in treating shank deep burn wound. Method: 156 cases of shank deep burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Our self-designed wooden leg support was used to lift the lower limb 25-30 cm above the bed and about 10 cm above the patient's heart level. Result: 156 cases involving 223 legs were all cured. The average healing time was 30.25 days. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO in combination with wooden leg support was very efficacious in treating shank burn wounds. It improved bloodcirculation and promoted wound healing. [
