摘　　要：[目的]探讨应用野菊花注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的效果及护理方法。[方法]将256例上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组138例和对照组118例,对照组给予常规抗病毒治疗及利巴韦林超声雾化吸入,观察组在常规治疗与护理的基础上给予野菊花注射液雾化吸入,观察两组患儿的临床效果。[结果]观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]对上呼吸道感染患儿使用野菊花注射液雾化吸入辅以正确有效的护理方法,可明显提高治疗效果。Objective： To probe into Effect of wild chrysanthemum injection aerosol inhalation treatment for 138 cases of children with respiratory tract in- fections and its nursing methods. Methods： A total of 256 children with upper respiratory infection were randomly divided into experimental group （138 cases） and control group（118 cases）, 138 patients in experimental group were given wild chrysanthemum injection aerosol inhalation treatment based on rou- tine treatment and nursing care, while the patients in control group were given conventional antiretroviral therapy and ribavirin ultrasonic nebulization rou- tinely. The results of the two groups were then compared. Results： The total effective rate in experimental group was 94.92X ;and that in control group was 83.05 ~. The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly better than that in control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The use of aerosol inhalation of wild chrysanthemum injection assisted by correct and effective care can improve the curative effect for upper respiratory infection in children.
