摘 要:为了解根系分区交替灌溉条件下灌水量和氮、磷、钾肥用量对番茄果实中硝酸盐含量的影响,通过盆栽试验,采用四元二次回归正交旋转组合设计,建立了硝酸盐含量与水肥因子的数学模型,并对各单一因素的效应及两两因素的耦合效应进行了分析。结果表明,在其他因子为0水平时,番茄果实中的硝酸盐含量,随灌水量、施磷量的增加均呈先增加后降低的变化趋势;随施钾量的增加呈先降低后增加的变化趋势;但不随施氮量而变化。灌水量与施氮量、施磷量与施钾量的交互作用均表现为阻碍番茄果实硝酸盐的积累。根系分区交替灌溉条件下,适当提高灌水量和施磷量,或者减少施钾量能有效地降低番茄果实的硝酸盐含量。To determine the effects of irrigation amount and fertilizer rates of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on nitrate content in tomato under alternate partial root-zone irrigation (APRI),the quadratic orthogonal regressive rotation designed with four factors was used in pot experiment.A regression model on the amount of water and fertilizers and nitrate content in tomato was established.Both single and coupling effects of these four experimental factors on the nitrate content in tomato were analyzed.The results showed that if other factors were zero codes,nitrate content in tomato increased firstly and then decreased with increasing irrigation amount and phosphorus fertilizer rate,while it showed a reverse trend with potassium fertilizer rate,but it was not affected by nitrogen fertilizer rate.Interaction effects between irrigation amount and nitrogen fertilizer rate,phosphorus fertilizer rate and potassium fertilizer rate were presented negative effect.It indicated that increasing irrigation amount rate and phosphorus fertilizer rate,or decreasing potassium fertilizer rate properly could reduce nitrate content in tomato markedly.
