摘 要:针对舰船舱室布局设计评估决策问题,提出基于层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCA)的模糊层次分析综合评价法。以生活区舱室布局设计评估为切入点,阐述评估指标体系构建、AHP法赋权分析和FCA法评估决策的过程,并进行实例分析。通过理论论述和评估分析,证明综合评价法具有一定的可行性和有效性,能够全面、直观地反映布局方案在总目标以及分指标上的满意程度。同时,在评估结果的基础上,针对方案改进和优化进行了论述。To evaluate the warship cabin layout design, a fuzzy analytic hierarchical comprehensive evalu- ation method is proposed based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Assess- ment (FCA). By focusing on the assessment of living district cabin layouts, this paper illustrates in detail the procedure of the index system establishment, the AHP weighting analysis, and the FCA decision-mak- ing process. A particular layout design is then taken as an example for the purpose of validation. Through theoretical and practical application analysis, the proposed method is proved to be f^asible and effective, as the produced results fully and directly reflect the satisfaction level of the target cabin layout in hoth gen- eral objectives and sub-indicators. Finally, based on the obtained evaluation results, some improvement on the design scheme is suggested correspondingly.
