摘 要:通过提取猪、犬旋毛虫成虫抗原 ,制备成虫油佐剂免疫原 ,在小鼠体内进行同源特异性免疫试验和交叉免疫试验。试验得到猪旋毛虫成虫抗原同源免疫减虫率为 55.80 % ,其对犬旋毛虫的交叉免疫减虫率是 35.1 1 % ;犬旋毛虫成虫抗原同源免疫的减虫率为 39.0 0 % ,其对猪旋毛虫的交叉免疫减虫率是 2 4 .96%。试验结果揭示 ,猪、犬旋毛虫成虫具有一定的免疫原性 ,其交叉免疫减虫率低于同源特异性免疫。Antigens derived from adult of Trichinella from swine and dog were injected in mice respectively.The mice were challenged with muscle larvae of Trichinella from swine and dog one week later,the muscle larvae reduction was observed on 35 day after infection.The results showed that the reduction of T.swine adult of homo immunity was 55.80%,and that of T.dog was 39.00%;moreover,they both had cross immunity reactions:by T.swine immunity,the reduction of T.dog was 35.11%,conversely,by T.dog immunity,the reduction of T.swine was 24.96%.The results indicated that adult of Trichinella from swine and dog is normal in its immunogenicity,the protection rate of cross immunity is lower than that of homo immunity.
