摘 要:将猪、犬旋毛虫新生蚴制备成免疫原 ,在小鼠体内进行免疫试验 ,免疫 1周后攻击感染肌幼虫 ,35日后检查肌幼虫的减虫率。结果表明 ,猪旋毛虫新生蚴的同源免疫和其对犬旋毛虫的交叉免疫减虫率分别为 83.1 1 %和 79.39% ,犬旋毛虫新生蚴的为 81 .37%和 80 .69%。结果揭示 ,旋毛虫新生蚴具有良好的免疫原性 ,同源免疫的减虫率比交叉免疫的高 。Antigens derived from newborn larvae of Trichinella from swine and dog were injected in mice respectively.The mice were challenged with muscle larvae of Trichinella from swine and dog one week later,the muscle larvae reduction was observed on 35 day after infection.The results showed that the reduction of T.swine newborn larvae of homo immunity was 83.11%,and that of T.dog was 81.37% Moreover,they both had cross immunity reaction:by T.swine immunity,the reduction of T.dog was 79.39%,conversely,by T.dog immunity,the reduction of T.swine was 80.69%.The results indicated that newborn larvae of Trichinella from swine and dog is good in its immunogenicity,the protection rate of cross immunity is lower than that of homo immunity.
