摘　　要：目前,我国农民专业合作社发展势头强劲,但在发展过程中也暴露出许多问题。通过对美国衣阿华州农业合作社及其联盟组织的发展现状进行考察,发现美国农业合作社非常兴盛,遍布农村区域,为广大农场主提供了生产、储运、销售以及生活等方面的服务,在国民经济中发挥着重要作用。At present, China＇s farmer specialized cooperatives the strong momentum of development, but also in the development process exposed many problems. By studying the development status of the USA Iowa agriculture cooperation and alliance, we find that American agricultural cooperatives is flourishing and all over rural area, not only provides production, transportation, sales for the majority of farmers, until the life of all aspects of the service, but also play an important role in the national economy.
