汉、彝族农民饮酒情况调查

摘　　要：目的 :了解四川攀枝花市汉、彝族农民饮酒情况及相关问题。　方法 :采用定式问卷调查 10 30名汉族农民和 10 70名彝族农民饮酒情况及相关问题。　结果 :汉、彝族农民饮酒率分别为33.5 0 %和 36 .92 % ;饮酒所致精神障碍患病率分别为 12 .2 3%和 2 3.36 % ;躯体障碍患病率分别为9.5 1%和 14.6 7% ;社会功能损害发生率分别为 6 .80 %和 13.2 7%。　结论 :彝族农民饮酒所致精神障碍及躯体障碍、社会功能损害发生率均高于汉族 。Objective:To investigate alcohol drinking and its4 related problems of Han and Yi farmers. Method:1 030 Han and 1 070 Yi farmers were investigated alcohol drinking and the related factors by structured questionnaires. Results:The drinking rate of Han and Yi was 33 50% and 36 92% respectively.The occurrence rate of mental disorder associated with alcohol drinking of Han and Yi was 12 23% and 23 36% respectively;the body disorder was 9 51% and 14 67%;and the social functional impairment was 6 80% and 13 27%. Conclusion:The occurrence rates of mental disorder,body disorder,social functional impairment caused by alcohol drinking are higher in Yi than Han farmers,which may be related with drinking custom of Yi farmers.
