基于人力资源视角下的宁波大学生就业难问题探究

摘  要:宁波大学生就业存在着非公有制单位就业人数多、留在宁波就业的比率高、贴近生产第一线的工科类专业就业需求量大的主要特征,分析原因主要是由就业供需关系结构失衡、人才供需信息传递受阻、择业观偏差、自主创业难等问题所致,提出通过政策引领、完善机制、措施得力、加大投入等建议.切实促进大学生就业。The characteristics of job hunting for university students in Ningbo are revealed as follows: the increasing number of employment in non-public enterprises;the high ratio of finding a job in Ningbo;a huge market demand for students who are engineering majors with the experience of first line of production. The main reasons for these phenomena are the imbalance between Labor supply and demand,information blocking, wrong view of vocational selection and difficulties of university stu- dents" pioneering enterprises on their own. This paper puts forward some useful suggestions to deal with the difficulties in job hunting for university students,such as policy guidance,mechanism im- provement, corrective measures, and greater investment.
