摘　　要：文章介绍了采用POY制备DTY的原理,通过对车速YS、拉伸倍数DR、D/Y、变形热箱温度、定型热箱温度、第二超喂率、第三超喂率等工艺参数进行优化设计,顺利生产出55dtex/72f涤纶低弹丝。The principle of DTY products made from POY was introduced.In order to produce 75dtex/72ffine denier PET low-elastic yarn,the production processes were optimized from the aspects of YS,DR,D/Y,hot box deformation temperature,heating-box temperature,second super feed rate,and third super feed rate,ect.
