摘  要:通过基于标准的方程湍流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法求解N-S方程,利用CFD嵌入式滑移网格技术对双吸平衡式螺杆压缩机整机工作过程进行非定常数值模拟。对螺杆压缩机从吸气、压缩到排气整个工作过程的压力分布、温度分布、速度分布以及排气座回流、涡流分布情况进行了分析。从而为双吸平衡式螺杆压缩机排气口设计以及优化提供有利的依据。Since medium septal part is the core component of double-suction balance type screw compressor, it plays a key role in the decision of the double-suction balance type screw compressor performances. An unsteady simulation of double-suction screw compressor medium septal part was conducted by using CFD sliding meshing technology and the pressure and temperature distribution are comprehensively discussed. Besides, by the analysis of backflow and eddy distribution of medium septal part under different conditions, the relationships among backflow intensity, pressure ratio and rotor speed of Yang rotor were obtained, which will provide useful foundation information for the design and optimization of double-suction screw compressor medium septal part.
