摘 要:生产现场监控通过Web服务的一系列标准和协议可保证设备应用程序之间的动态连接,因此Web在复杂大型的机电液工程中有广泛应用。针对各web服务之间可能缺少的交互和通讯机制,探讨了一类基于嵌入式动态Web的网络化监控系统。以某油气站网络化监控系统为例,选择基于Intel Xscale IXP-422 RISC CPU的智能计算机作为嵌入式Web服务器,设计了分布于工业生产现场油气站的网络化监控系统。各油气站通过现场总线连接至工业以太网,设备集成采用分布式B/S架构,借助Apache+Html+PHP方法,采用动态Web实现了对油气站的监控与管理。测试表明:该系统是实际可用的,为网络化监控与管理的实现提供了一个可供参考的解决方案。Production field monitoring can guarantee the dynamic connection between device applications through a series of standard and protocols of Web services, and therefore Web is widely used in complex large-scale hydromechatronics engineering. Aiming at the lack of interaction and communication among each web service, the paper explored s kind of networked monitoring system based on the embedded dynamic Web. In the paper, it took some networked monitoring system of oil & gas station as an example, and selected intelligent computer based on Intel Xscale IXP-422 RISC CPU as the embedded Web server, and designed a networked monitoring system distributed in the oil & gas station of industrial production field. The oil & gas station is connected to the industrial Ethernet through field bus, and device integration adopted the distributed B/S architecture, and by means of the Apache + Html + PHP approach, it actualized the mo- nitoring and management for oil & gas stations by dynamic Web. Tests show that the system is available, and provides a reference solution for networked monitoring and management.
