摘　　要：比较了化工仪表维修工技能大赛中使用的CE2000和CS20002套实验装置。利用浙江中控的JX-300XP软硬件,构建了CE2000液位流量串级系统。采用两步投运法完成了系统投运,使用经验凑试法进行了参数整定。Two sets of experimental devices called CE2000 and CS2000 used in chemical instrument maintenance Man Skills Contest were compared. Using SUPCON＇s hardware and software of JX-300XP, level and flow cascade control system based on CE2000 was structured. Using two-step commission and operation method, system commission and operation was completed. Parameter tuning was completed by using trial and error method.
