摘  要:小氮肥企业煤气炉发气量高、消耗低,与中型氮肥企业相比优势明显,前者在工艺和设备上形成了一个合理的体系,这个"造气体系"的形成有着它独特的历史和背景,中氮企业在向小氮企业学习,实施技术改造和革新的过程中,应把小氮肥企业造气经验作为一个体系加以分析。指出中氮肥企业造气技术改造、技术革新可从改善炉箅破渣和炉下排渣能力、调整时间分配,降低上部温度,提高下部温度,增加煤气炉高度,提高碳层高度以及工艺流程4个方面着手。Small nitrogen fertilizer enterprises had obvious advantages of the higher level of gas content and lower consumption.Compared to the middle nitrogen fertilizer enterprises,the small nitrogen ones formed a rational system in terms of craft and equipment,and the formation of gas system had a special history and background. In the process of learning technical transformation and innovation from small nitrogen enterprises, the middle nitrogen enterprises should analyze the small nitrogen industry' s experience of gas making as a system. In the way of technical transformation and innovation,the middle nitrogen enterprises should focus on the following aspects, improving the ability of breaking grate slag and adjusting time allocation, lowering the upper temperature and raising the lower temperature,increasing the height of the gas furnace and the carbon layer, and improving the process of craft.
