摘  要:对焦化企业粗苯产量的影响因素进行全面的分析,对洗苯温度、洗油质量、过热蒸汽、富油温度、粗苯温度等主要影响因素做了详细分析与总结,并得出以下结论:洗苯效率随着入塔煤气温度的升高而增加,煤气最佳温度为20~25℃;确保洗油质量的措施是控制再生器的排渣次数和排渣温度,每周排渣3次,排渣温度190℃为佳;蒸馏塔顶温度为94~96℃、蒸汽温度为340℃以上,富油温度为180~190℃;冷却后的粗苯温度在25~30℃之间时,粗苯产量为最佳。A comprehensive analysis of the factors of influencing the yield of crude benzene of coke making enterprises were provided. Main influencing factors, such as the benzene washing temperature, the washing oil quality, the superheated steam, the temperature of rich-oil, the temperature of the crude benzene, etc. were analyzed and summarized in detail.The conclusion was drawn that the efficiency of benzene washing was increased with the increase of the temperature of gas into the tower when the optimal temperature of gas was 20℃ to 25℃ ; the measures ensuring the washing oil quality were controlling the count and the temperature of slag discharge of the regenerator,the best deslagging way was 3 times per week and the temperature was 190℃; when the temperature of the top of distillation tower was 94℃ to 96℃, the temperature of steam was above 340℃, the temperature of rich-oil during 180℃ to 190 ℃ and the temperature of crude benzene after refrigeration was during 25℃ to 30 ℃, the yield of crude benzene was the best.
